In Progress Residential Building Balustrade Upgrade.
Out with the old and in with the new, AMIA will be modernising the façade of this well-known Coffs Harbour building with a complete refurb of the glazed balustrades on all four elevations. 
Commencing in September 2022, over 457 lineal meters of glazed, Australian made balustrades will give this building a welcome update and contemporary look.

Design Aesthetic: Panels feature a rusted weathered finish

Material: Frame powder coated aluminium. Panel Core 10 Steel.

Design Aesthetic: Sunhood around window and privacy screen.

Material: Powder coated solid sheet aluminium for Sunhood and powder coated aluminium elliptical blades for Privacy Screen.

Balustrade upgrade, removal of existing timber balustrade and installation of an AMIA design stainless steel posts and top rail with stainless steel wire. The update to the staircase ensure safety is a priority and also helps to make room for a new chair life for the home owner to get safely up and down at home.
