AMIA has supplies approximately $500,000 worth of its products and services to this award winning luxury project during 2023 and 2024. Construction involved the large main residence and a smaller secondary residence.

Bespoke Architectural feature Aluminium Balustrades to the external lower level, entertainment deck and stair.

Frameless Glazed Balustrades

14.28mm thick SGP Interlayer clear glazed balustrades to the upper entertaining area and lower deck balcony outside guests bedrooms.

This glazing is tested to withstand C3 design loads when one of the two glass sheets is fractioned. Given the high strength of SGP interlayer, this balustrades glazing can be structurally certified without inclusion of a handrail under Deemed To Satisfy (DTS) provisions of the National Construction Code (NCC).
