Since 1989, we have actively employed and trained apprentices, fostering a culture of growth and development. We are dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive work environment where every individual is valued. Apprenticeships and Traineeships

Our apprenticeships provide hands-on experience and mentorship, allowing aspiring individuals to learn from industry experts.

We proudly offer Certificate III in Engineering and Metal Fabrication, as well as Glass, Glazing, and Window Fabrication trades.

Our programs support recent graduates eager to start their careers or those transitioning into new fields.

Training and Development

AMIA collaborates with MEGT (RTO) assessors and specialised external trainers to offer a variety of training opportunities. Apprentices attend TAFE in Coffs Harbour for four weekly block release sessions each year over three years.

AMIA is dedicated to building links with local schools through school-based apprenticeships and traineeships, and work experience programs for Year 10 students. We offer opportunities for paid student work experience and factory tours for educational groups.
