Advance Metal Industries Australia is a family operated business presently run by two brothers which began in 1984. The company has been developed with the aim of providing products of superior design and quality. First class workmanship is not only the pride of our trades’ people, it is a management policy. Presently employ over 40 on the team!

The company produces a large range of aluminium and glazed balustrades; decorative pool,boundary fencing and gates; and is closely associated with G. James® windows & door systems under a licenced agreement.  AMIA manufacturers  security screens and doors (Lic No 410315427) and services a large customer base nationally.

Advance Metal Industries has become fully self sufficient. Our Balustrade division can design and fabricate (including tube rolling, bending and welding) in aluminium, steel, brass and stainless steel and also develop our own unique profiles and designs. We can deliver and install, and have completed many large prestigious projects including exports to countries like Hong Kong and the World Trade Centre in Beijing. Our tradesmen have many years of experience in all facets of the business including commercial and high-rise work. No job is too large or small!

The Windows division manufactures many varied designed windows and doors which are distributed all over Australia. Distribution contracts have been secured with national networks well known names to all Australians. The division also fabricates windows and other glass products for local commercial & domestic customers. Features all the standard 136 Double Hung, 048 Awning and Casements, 131 Standard Slider windows, Bi Folds and 245 Sliding Doors.

We have our own Powder Coating plant and this ensures that high quality and service can be maintained at all times while keeping our lead-times to a minimum. AMIA are accredited applicators of Warranty Paints for up to 15 years. Presently AMIA stock over 85 colours and custom colours can be made to order in mini batches within 3-4 weeks.

The business is well placed going forward and is presently steered by Rick and Chris, both collectively having accredited with over 50 years knowledge in the building and manufacturing sectors.

AMIA is a member of the NSW Business Chamber, and in 2014, AMIA became a member of The Housing Industry Association (HIA).
